Jack Haughey and his wife, Patricia, came to Corning in 1966. They bought what was then the Poland Funeral Home and changed the name shortly after. For 46 years together they served families through their calling to funeral care, grief counseling, and Haughey Memorials. Jack and Pat paid special attention to the needs of the numerous families they cared for. In 2012 they retired and sold their funeral home to Jon Carpenter, who now serves families only at Haughey Funeral Home, Inc.
